Gamut is building the agent workforce. We're a seed-stage team backed by Human Capital (SpaceX, Snowflake, Anduril) building a platform that allows non-engineers to build AI employees that get the whole job done. The Role
As Head of Engineering, you’ll be responsible for building and leading our engineering team. You’ll work closely with the founder to define the roadmap, oversee architecture and execution, and ensure our technology scales as we grow.
You will:
Lead the engineering organization - setting technical direction, priorities, and standards
Build and mentor a world-class engineering team from the ground up
Oversee development of our agent orchestration engine, execution pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and customer-facing platform
Establish engineering processes, best practices, and a high-performance
