Position Summary
We're looking for a Safety Engineer to join a team that treats safety as a core part of who we are, not just a checklist. This role supports the development, administration, and implementation of our safety programs, policies, and compliance efforts across both field and office operations. You'll work closely with our Safety Director, safety staff, field employees, Foremen, Project Managers, and Superintendents, helping make sure every person on our jobsites goes home the way they came in.
This position spans three levels (Safety Engineer 1, 2, and 3), with the right fit depending on your experience, the scope of programs you'll own, and how independently you're ready to lead safety initiatives.
