The Role:
We are seeking experienced Procurement Managers and Senior Managers to build and scale our procurement and supply chain capabilities as the company continues to grow. The ideal candidate combines strategic sourcing experience with operational rigor, and is excited to build systems, processes, and supplier networks that support long-term growth.
Depending on level and experience, responsibilities may include:
1. Procurement Systems & Operational Infrastructure
- Design and implement scalable procurement processes and systems that enable efficient purchasing, planning, and supplier coordination
- ERP onboarding, including supplier setup, purchasing workflows, and data governance
- Develop materials planning frameworks, including safety stock policies, inventory buffers, and procurement forecasting aligned with production and demand planning
