Medici Brands is led by CEO Peter Rahal, Co-founder and former CEO of RXBAR, and is focused on building brands that break the tradeoffs between taste and nutrition that have classically existed.

Role:

We’re hiring a Senior Counsel to support building the legal foundation of the company. You’ll be the second in-house legal hire, reporting to the General Counsel and responsible for supporting David’s growth by managing risk, negotiating commercial contracts, advising on a variety of corporate matters, including IP, employment, compliance, privacy and data security, and establishing scalable legal processes. Beyond substantive legal work, you will leverage technology and automation to modernize how the team operates.

This is a cross-functional, high-ownership role where you’ll need to prioritize what matters most, communicate clearly, and solve problems quickly. You’ll be the General Counsel’s right hand, working side by side to own legal execution across the company, managing outside counse
