Tech Systems Specialist
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT professional who can handle technical issues beyond standard help desk support. This position will work across corporate offices and plant locations, taking ownership of complex user issues, endpoint operations, access management, and technology deployments.
The right person will be comfortable working independently, digging into difficult technical problems, and partnering with infrastructure and security teams when issues require deeper investigation. This role will also help ensure work completed by external support partners meets internal
