IS Specialist in CSO for continuous Risk Reduction (f/m/x)

TDI CSO GBTS is responsible for the engagement with the senior Business Information Security role holders, the engagement with the Second Line of Defence for Information Security Risk (ISR) within the Chief Risk Office (CRO). GTBS governs the 1st Line of Defence on Information Security (IS) Risk Reduction and IS Control Compliance. GBTS is key contributor in the CRO non-financial risk management processes on the Residual Risk and Risk Remediation towards Risk Appetite.
Information Security is responsible for preventing IT-based crime, hacking, intentional or inadvertent modification, disclosure, or destruction to the organization's information systems and IT assets and intellectual property. The focus of the role is to ensure highly professional and productive procedures, policies and processes are in place, and aligned and agreed with relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for engaging with Control Owners, predominantly in the Information Security functions, to support management in managing the milestones, dependencies, risks and issues for sustained risk reduction.
You will analyse the Control data, in terms of scope, clear articulation to control performers, support in technical issues with leveraged systems owners and facilitate the resolution of conflicts and challenges, improving the way Control Owners prepare and interact with control performers including supporting preparation for governance and decision-making forums.
Skills
You should have 1-3 years of work experience in the Information Security (IS) area with a focus on controls.
University degree in Information Security or equivalent qualification preferred.
You should be a good communicator and collaborator, able to influence Subject Matter Experts and engage with managers who are information providers from the first Line of Defence into the processes.
You should be fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
