This is far more than a traditional corporate paralegal role.

Reporting directly to our recently appointed Chief Legal Officer, you'll become a key member of a growing legal team, taking ownership of corporate governance and entity compliance across DDN's global subsidiary structure while partnering with stakeholders around the world. You'll work across multiple jurisdictions, support board and governance activities, and play an important role in ensuring the company maintains the highest standards of regulatory and compliance excellence.
