Senior Manager - Global Real Estate & workplace
The Opportunity
DDN is seeking a Senior Manager of Global Real Estate & Workplace Services, APAC to lead the delivery of workplace, facilities, and real estate initiatives across the Asia Pacific region during a period of rapid growth and transformation.
Reporting to the Global Head of Real Estate & Workplace, this role will help ensure DDN's offices operate efficiently, deliver exceptional employee experience, and support the company's evolving business needs. The successful candidate will partner closely with internal stakeholders including People, Finance, Legal, IT, Security, and external partners to oversee office operations, workplace programs, real estate transactions, capital projects, and vendor management across key markets including China, India, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced workplace and real estate leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution while effectively managing a geographically dispersed portfolio across multiple countries and cultures in a fast-paced, global technology environment.
