PURPOSE
I scale the sales of second hand (Second Life, Buyback, Upcycling) products through omni sales and moving towards zero product waste. Based in a store, I build the impact in the whole country.
RESPONSIBILITY 1: Co-constructing and deploying my circular sales project

- Build a local Commercial Policy
- Build a Business plan for Resell (including Second Life, Buyback & Upcycling items)
- Commercial circularity local offers
- I am aware of my environment, and I adapt my circular business strategy
