Spark Finance operates at the intersection of decentralized finance (DeFi) and onchain capital markets, building products designed to make capital more productive across the crypto ecosystem.

The team is looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead who can translate Spark's products and strategic objectives into compelling narratives, build awareness across the crypto ecosystem, and drive measurable growth among key audiences.

The Role

As Marketing Lead, you will own the execution of Spark's marketing initiatives, from content and PR to social distribution, KOL relationships, partnerships, and events.

This is a hands-on marketing role, not primarily a project management position. You will be expected to understand Spark's products, identify the right audiences and distribution channels, create compelling content, and turn ideas into executed campaigns.

You'll work across Web3-native communities and more traditional financial audiences, with a particular focus on reaching high-value crypto participants, including whales, investors, ecosystem partners, and influential industry voices.
