What You’ll Do:
DeepIntent is seeking an experienced Senior Client Success Manager to join our Client Success team. This role owns the day-to-day management and strategic growth of client relationships, partnering closely with Sales, Platform Operations, & Analytics and cross-functional teams from early planning through execution and expansion.
As a Senior Client Success Manager, you will manage a book of business, lead client strategy and execution, and proactively identify opportunities to grow and deepen partnerships. You will play a critical role in driving revenue retention, upsell, and long-term client success.
