The Challenge

As a Project Controller, you will act as an independent and trusted financial partner to the Project Manager or Unit Director, supporting sound decision-making and ensuring strong financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.

You will transform financial data into clear insights on project progress, costs, cash flow, profitability, forecasts, and risks. Working proactively, you will identify deviations early, challenge assumptions and plans, and provide clear recommendations to improve project performance and financial predictability.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Business Controllers, and Finance, connecting project finances with broader financial, accounting, tax, and risk requirements. Your role will go beyond reporting, helping stakeholders nav
