The Major Events Operations Manager position will directly report to the Director of Major Event Operations. This position will support major event operations and logistics by managing client relationships and advancing live events for a large portfolio of colleges & universities, performing arts centers and other types of market accounts.. The role will own and manage assigned client relationships from an operational standpoint, serving as the primary point of contact for all operational matters throughout the event lifecycle. Leading client and internal operational meetings, this person will also exercise independent judgement to resolve issues and make time-sensitive event decisions. He or she will represent Degy professionally at every touchpoint while building and maintaining strong client rapport and trust.

Compensation:

Starting Salary is $57,500.00
