How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Monitor real-time online gaming operations and activity, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted performance.
- Ensure all games function properly across platforms, including desktop and mobile environments.
- Identify, investigate, and escalate technical issues, bugs, or irregularities in a timely manner.
- Coordinate effectively with operational, technical, and marketing teams, as well as third-party providers.
- Analyze competitor offerings and proactively recommend improvements to enhance the product.
