As we scale our operations from 30 to 60 countries, supporting millions of users and partners, our internal tools need to scale with us. The Support Engineering group is at the heart of this mission. We build high-performance admin applications and core operational tools that empower our support teams to work smarter and faster. A key part of this is our in-house chat platform, which already handles around 5 million conversations every month.
