We’re looking for an experienced SAP Data & Analytics practitioner who can combine strong SAP analytics capability with solution architecture, client engagement and delivery leadership.

You’ll work across SAP transformation programmes, helping clients move from complex legacy reporting and data environments towards scalable, maintainable and modern analytics architectures.

Job Description

The impact you’ll make:

As a Manager, SAP Data & Analytics, you’ll help our clients define and deliver their data and analytics strategy across the SAP ecosystem. You’ll translate complex business requirements into practical technology solutions, shape data architectures and lead delivery across transformation programmes.

Your typical day will include:

  • Designing SAP data and analytics solutions across SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BusinessObjects and SAP Data Services.

  • Leading solution architecture and data modelling, translating business requirements into scalable functional and technical designs.

  • Supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, including analytics architecture, migration, integration and reporting considerations.

  • Helping clients modernise legacy SAP BW and BusinessObjects landscapes and define transition or decommissioning approaches.

  • Designing data integration and acquisition approaches across SAP and non-SAP data sources.

  • Providing technical leadership across analytics delivery, from requirements and solution design through development, testing and deployment.

  • Working directly with client stakeholders to understand business processes, reporting requirements and data challenges.

  • Establishing effective data governance, data definitions and solution documentation.

  • Leading and mentoring consultants while providing quality assurance across technical deliverables.

  • Contributing to proposals, solution shaping and the continued development of Deloitte’s SAP Data & Analytics capability.

Qualifications

Your expertise:

Bring your SAP Data & Analytics expertise, technical depth and ability to turn complex business requirements into effective solutions, and see what impact you can make.

You’ll also have:

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP BW, ideally including BW on HANA or BW/4HANA.

  • Experience with modern SAP data and analytics technologies such as SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP Business Data Cloud.

  • Experience designing enterprise data models, reporting solutions and end-to-end data flows.

  • Strong understanding of SAP analytics architecture and integration with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise platforms.

  • Experience with SAP BusinessObjects and/or SAP Data Services would be advantageous.

  • Strong database and SQL capability, with experience in technologies such as SAP HANA or Microsoft SQL Server.

  • Experience leading analytics workstreams, technical delivery or solution architecture.

  • Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management capability, including translating business needs into functional and technical solutions.

  • The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.

  • Consulting experience or evidence of successfully working with diverse business stakeholders and delivery teams.

  • Relevant SAP certifications, training or tertiary qualifications would be advantageous.
