Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a children's residential care provider in Kent seeking an experienced Interim Registered Manager to provide strong leadership, regulatory oversight, and operational stability within an Ofsted-regulated children's home.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager, Turnaround Manager, or high-calibre Deputy Manager who can quickly embed themselves within a service, support staff, strengthen compliance, and drive positive outcomes for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the children's home.
• Ensure full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
• Promote outstanding safeguarding practice throughout the service.
• Support, motivate, and develop the staff team.
• Prepare for and manage Ofsted inspections.
• Oversee care planning, risk management, and placement outcomes.
