A core element of our approach is the DP Empowered program, which serves over 2,000 students across all 5 high schools. This comprehensive 4-year initiative combines whole-class instruction with personalized 1:1 advising to help students in grades 9-12 develop customized postsecondary pathways and achieve academic success.
About the Opportunity
The Associate Director of the DP Empowered Program oversees whole group instruction across all five high schools, working directly with faculty members who facilitate these sessions. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for both ensuring strong execution of classroom programming and overseeing curriculum development.
