Customer Service Specialist

Our customers count on us to answer the phone, get it right, and make their day easier. As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the friendly face and voice behind every Dempsey route truck. You will set up accounts, answer questions, sort out problems, and keep things running smoothly for the customers who depend on us and the route team out on the road. You do not need call center experience. If you have led a shift at a coffee shop, a pizza counter, a beauty counter, or a store floor, you already know how to keep a line moving, get an order right, and treat people well. We will teach you the rest.
