Job Summary: The Dishwasher will wash, clean and dry all dishes, pots, pans and silverware used at the Training Center Kitchen.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures clean and sanitary pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. by washing and drying all dishes, pots, pans, and silverware used in kitchen either by hand or with dishwasher
- Assist Sous Chef and other kitchen staff in all food preparation, storage, and receiving by following HACCP procedures, keeping kitchen and equipment in sanitary and working condition, keeping buffet table rotated with highest quality food
- Maintains organized and efficient
