Role Overview We are looking for a Backend  Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable backend systems. This role is focused on building high-quality, reliable services, improving system performance, and guiding engineering teams through technical decisions. You will work closely with Engineering Managers and Product teams to deliver robust backend solutions. Key Responsibilities Backend Development & Architecture Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs. Develop scalable and secure distributed systems. Define and implement best practices for performance and reliability.
