Operating as a remote-first company, our experts work across 55+ countries on five continents, giving us the flexibility and skillset to deliver high-quality engineering for projects of any size or complexity.
We are looking for a Senior PMO Manager to own and drive complex, company-level PMO and transformation initiatives that strengthen how projects, programs, delivery, and cross-functional operations are managed across Dev.Pro.
This is not a PMO administration or coordination role. You will work with complex and sometimes ambiguous business and delivery challenges, identify what actually needs to change, design pragmatic solutions, align stakeholders, and drive implementation through adoption and measurable results.
You will take end-to-end ownership of selected PMO capabilities and strategic initiatives, helping Dev.Pro continuously improve its management practices, governance, delivery effectiveness, and organizational maturity.
