Recruitment Intern

Devsinc is hiring a Recruitment Intern to support its Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a keen interest in building a career in recruitment.

This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and collaboration with hiring teams across technical and non-technical functions.

• Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Support the development and maintenance of talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings, including resume reviews, profile evaluations, to assess qualifications, relevant experience, communication skills, and suitability for open positions.
• Support recruitment activities for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updates.
