Purpose. Turn fleet data into fixes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, metrics and alerts for robot and fleet health.
• Analyse incident and telemetry data to find recurring failures and leading indicators.
• Investigate degradation signals and turn them into alerts or engineering tickets.
• Audit fleet configuration, detect drift, drive it back to baseline, and simplify the configuration so drift is harder to create in the first place.
• Track component-level health and feed preventive maintenance intervals and the monthly fleet health report.&
