We're looking for a People Coordinator to join our dedicated People team in Wallingford. This is a broad, hands-on role supporting employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and HR administration to employee relations and compliance. 

There is a requirement to be onsite in Wallingford for a minimum of 3 days per week  to provide visible, day-to-day support.

• Manage HR administration and maintain accurate employee records in HiBob.
• Prepare People documentation, support compliance, right-to-work and visa checks.
