Position Summary:

The DFO is seeking an experienced and savvy Senior (FinTech) Recruiting Associate to manage and operate our FinTech search portfolio. This role will require flexibility to work international hours based out of our U.S. offices and support the entirety of our FinTech based needs. We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiting Associate who thinks in terms of pipelines not requisitions, building a pipeline of talent through our various networks, and prepared to address our growing business needs thoughtfully – holding compliance and governance in the highest regard.
