DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Charlotte, NC. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for coaching and developing commercial sales professionals, driving profitable growth, and supporting the success of the team throughout the region (North Carolina & South Carolina).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Door Service and Entry Door Service sales representatives throughout North Carolina & South Carolina.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to establish sales objectives and execute strategies to achieve revenue and gross profit goals
- Maintain visibility into team pipeline activity, forecasts
