About the role

Provide coordination and governance support for mobility programs, ensuring accurate data, effective stakeholder communication, operational oversight and continuous improvement support. Routine transactional processing should be delivered through GBO, vendors, automation or self-service where possible.

• Support mobility governance activities, service reporting, issue tracking and documentation.

• Maintain mobility knowledge assets, process documentation and guidance materials.

• Coordinate stakeholder communications, vendor inputs and programm activities.

• Support vendor management, service monitoring and escalation tracking.

• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives, data quality checks and operational readiness activities.

• Support GM Business Partners with payroll and documentation activities

• Support invoice management, data analytics and reporting

About you

• Fluent English language knowledge

• Experience in mobility administration, HR operations or service coordination

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage confidential data, stakeholders and vendor coordination

• Service-oriented mindset
