Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead Technician to join our operations in the Oklahoma City area. Rate of pay is dependent on experience. The Project Lead’s mission is simple: make it happen on the ground. While the Project Manager owns the overall plan and the Field Superintendent owns the work plan and field oversight, the Project Lead owns day-to-day execution and the job site. This person drives daily installation progress, leads the installation team, and serves as Digi’s face in front of the partner on-site.

This role takes technical depth and leadership presence in equal measure. The Project Lead sets the bar the rest of the team installs to, and the bar the partner experiences. What gets built well in Digi’s name starts here. The Project Lead reports to the Project Manager, with a dotted line to the Field Superintendent for day-to-day field direction, and may be assigned to cover Field Superintendent duties on a project.
