Solution Architect
Digital Catapult's Technology Solutions team and help shape the next generation of deep tech enabled solutions. As a Solution Architect, you'll work directly with customers and partners, as well as multidisciplinary delivery teams to understand complex challenges and translate them into practical, scalable technology solutions.
You’ll work across Digital Catapult's portfolio of deep tech programmes and commercial engagements, spanning areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Digital Twins, Quantum Computing, Advanced Connectivity, and emerging digital technologies. You'll play a key role in solution discovery, requirements definition, architecture design, and delivery, helping organisations adopt and realise value from frontier technologies.
WHAT YOU’LL DO (Duties)
- Lead requirements gathering and discovery workshops, as well as solution definition activities with customers and stakeholders.
- Design scalable, secure and maintainable digital solutions, platforms and services.
- Produce architecture artefacts including solution designs, requirements specifications, integration approaches, and technical documentation.
- Define and communicate non-functional requirements covering areas such as security, performance, resilience and compliance.
