We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer II to join our Audit Logging & Security Visibility team. This team builds the systems that record and surface security-relevant activity across DigitalOcean's cloud platform, so customers and internal teams can detect threats, investigate incidents, and prove compliance — at billions of events a day.
In this role, you will set the technical direction for Audit Logging at DigitalOcean — defining how our event pipelines, SIEM integrations, and security visibility platform evolve over multi-year horizons, and how they intersect with IAM, threat detection, and platform needs.
