L2 Network Engineer

About the Role We are seeking an experienced L2 Network Engineer to take ownership of network support and infrastructure across client environments. The role focuses on connectivity, firewalls, network performance, and proactive issue resolution within a dynamic MSP environment. You will work closely with Systems Engineers and support both field staff and internal teams, taking responsibility for network-related incidents, escalations, and critical outages. Ideal Profile Technical Experience Strong experience working within an MSP environment Practical experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure networking components Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments Hands-on experience with RMM/PSA platforms such as Kaseya, N-able, or similar Strong knowledge of firewalls, routing, and switching Experience configuring and troubleshooting VPNs Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, and core networking principles Experience with Azure VNets, NSGs, and connectivity Communication & Problem-Solving Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to remain calm and methodical during outages
