L3 Systems Engineer (Systems, Networking & Security)

About the Role As a Level 3 Systems Engineer, you will serve as a senior technical escalation point while playing a key role in infrastructure and security project delivery. You will take ownership of complex technical incidents, perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and design, configure and deploy solutions across cloud and on-premises environments. Working alongside senior engineers, project managers and technical leadership, you will help strengthen escalation capability, support project delivery and provide technical guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers. Ideal Profile Background & Experience Demonstrated Level 3 or senior systems engineering experience within an MSP or complex, multi-site IT environment. Advanced troubleshooting expertise across Microsoft 365, Windows, cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
