In this role, you’ll shape how complex SaaS product knowledge is created, structured, published, and consumed by both people and AI systems. You’ll own documentation strategy across key product areas while working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Support, Customer Success, and other teams. You’ll bring experience in technical writing, docs-as-code, content architecture, structured authoring, CI/CD, content automation, LLMs, RAG, and AI-assisted workflows to build documentation that is accurate, discoverable, reusable, and ready for the next generation of AI-powered experiences.
