Your Mission  

As our MEP Project Manager, you’ll lead and inspire teams to deliver ambitious MEP project goals, build lasting partnerships, drive excellence in every phase, innovate for safety and quality, and foster continuous growth for yourself and others. 

 Your Role  

• Lead and Inspire: Champion the coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems to achieve ambitious project goals. Support and mentor in-house MEP professionals, driving continuous improvement from project pursuits through turnover. 

• Win Work, Build Relationships: Collaborate with Client Executives on project pursuits, RFP responses, and interviews. Forge lasting relationships with clients, architects, and engineers, embodying Dimeo’s commitment to
