The Learning Support Specialist / Student Support Specialist strengthens Dipont HC’s capacity to serve a diverse range of learners by providing targeted academic and executive functioning support to students with mild to moderate learning differences, including ADHD, attention challenges, organization difficulties, and related learning needs.

The role operates across Elementary and Secondary divisions and functions as a core member of the Student Success Team. The specialist designs and monitors Individualized Learning Plans (ILPs), supports the implementation of MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports), collaborates closely with teachers and counselors, and partners with families to ensure students experience consistent, coordinated support.
