Our Customer Support team is on the front line of that mission, giving our users fast, reliable, personal support and putting them at the centre of everything we do.
We're hiring a Junior Customer Support Professional to cover our weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday) on a 12-month contract. You'll be the first point of contact for our users at one of the busiest times for our platforms.

Handling a high volume of emails, reports and reviews efficiently and professionally
Providing fast, accurate, friendly responses across all four brands
Getting to the root cause of queries and complaints, spotting patterns, and looping in our developer team and trust team when needed
