Purpose
The Communications Manager will execute and support the company’s communications initiatives, translating strategic direction into high-quality, consistent, and timely messaging across all channels. Reporting to the Communications & Marketing Director, this role is hands-on and delivery-focused, ensuring that Divergent’s innovation, credibility, and growth story are clearly communicated to internal and external stakeholders.

- Strategic Messaging Support
Support the development and execution of the company’s brand narrative by implementing messaging frameworks across press, digital, event, and internal communications. Ensure consistency of voice and positioning in all materials.&l
