Purpose
Divergent is seeking a hands-on Facilities Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our advanced manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of critical building systems that support our highly automated aerospace and automotive production environment.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, enjoys solving technical problems, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This position supports preventive maintenance, equipment installations, facility repairs, and emergency response while working closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, EH&S, and external contractors to maximize facility uptime.
