Purpose
The Learning & Organizational Development Specialist builds workforce capability for Advanced Manufacturing by translating business, performance, and compliance needs into scalable learning solutions. The role combines organizational development consulting, instructional design, learning architecture, and LMS data analysis to improve employee proficiency, operational readiness, and the effectiveness of learning investments.
