Purpose
The Senior Employee Relations Specialist is a key architect of how Divergent builds a fair, high-performing workplace as we scale. Combining deep employee relations expertise with strong judgment, operational rigor, and a builder mindset, this role will navigate complex workplace matters, strengthen manager capability, and translate employee insights into better policies, practices, and organizational decisions. From resolving sensitive employee matters to building the systems and programs that shape the employee experience, this role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact on both our people and the organization.
