Position Overview

As a Product Quality Project Lead, you will join the Product Quality team to lead cross-functional projects focused on identifying, containing, and resolving customer and field product quality issues while driving timely production and service solutions. You will collaborate with service engineering, design control, product support, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams to assess customer feedback, analyze warranty and quality data, and lead issues through the Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) process.

This role also provides significant exposure to program leadership and product management, including supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs by assessing carry-over risks and contributing to analytics and AI initiatives that improve product issue management and visibility.
