Position Overview

The Supply Chain Control Tower Engineer runs supplier control towers that keep manufacturing facilities running and customers satisfied. Working closely with buyers, suppliers, LPAs, and a team of Control Tower leads, this role coordinates supplier performance, maintains coverage files, and builds the tracking tools that give the business clear visibility into supply status.

Key Responsibilities

•         Lead control tower meetings with LPAs and suppliers

•         Create and maintain coverage files, working alongside an experienced coverage file expert

•         Develop tracking tools to monitor and report supplier performance

•         Occasional visits to local supplier sites, where PPE may be required
