Position Overview
The Lead Product Owner – Software Products serves as the central link between product development engineering, field support, and customers for an established software product. This seasoned product leader drives problem resolution, manages change requests, owns user acceptance testing, and channels customer and field feedback into product improvements that expand adoption and deliver measurable business value. This position is based out of Chicago, IL in a hybrid work model (currently 2 days per week in office; in-office days may increase in the future).
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with product development engineers to track and communicate design, development, support, and maintenance issues and their solutions.
- Identify, document, and report design, reliability, and maintenance problems and bugs; gather and consolidate feedback from customers and field staff.
