Position Overview
DSN is hiring an Engine Systems Engineer for an onsite role in Lafayette, IN. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to build hands-on experience supporting engine modeling, parts ordering, and bill of material management within a New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Engine modeling
• Parts ordering
• Bill of material (BOM) management
Team Structure & Work Environment
• This role supports the NPI (New Product Introduction) engineering leads
• Regular interaction with L3 and L4 team members
• Work environment is approximately 80% office and 20% shop floor
Requirements
Education & Experience
• 1-2+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field required; new graduates are welcome to apply
Required Skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills
