Market President

As Market President, you will lead DLP Bank’s growth in a market deeply connected to our story, driving loans, deposits, fee-based revenue, and community presence while recruiting and leading a top-flight team. You will serve as the senior leader for the market, responsible for business development, client relationships, market profitability, and operational excellence, while building the momentum needed to open a full-service branch within the next 2–3 years. Backed by deep roots in the region — including a shareholder of the holding company, who was born and raised in the area, and went on to build DLP Capital, a high-growth company founded in Bethlehem, PA — this role offers the chance to combine market leadership, entrepreneurial building, and a mission of transforming lives by the building of thriving communities.

What you have already achieved: (Requirements)  

• 8–10 years of commercial banking and/or bank leadership experience, including foundational or preparatory roles.
• Consistently generated significant new loan and deposit business each year, maintain a sizeable portfolio of relationships you manage directly, with producing manager experience preferred
