POSITION SUMMARY   The Donor Operations Team Lead (Team Lead) serves as a vital entry point into leadership within DNWest, with a focus on personal growth, team development, and organizational impact. This role builds upon the full scope of Donation Coordinator responsibilities, requiring continued proficiency in referral intake, donor screening, case coordination, family approach and consent, and floor management. The Team Lead guides daily operations, supports and motivates team members, and upholds the highest standards of quality and accountability. By leading through example, fostering collaboration, and promoting a positive, team-oriented culture rooted in mutual respect and continuous improvement, the Team Lead helps shape a high-performing and cohesive environment where every opportunity for donation is maximized.
