Docker is looking for a Senior Total Rewards Partner to design, manage, and improve compensation, equity, and benefits programs for our global team.

You’ll bring broad compensation expertise and pair strong analytical skills with clear communication, helping build out and maintain, as well as execute, our total rewards philosophy, helping leaders make informed decisions and employees understand their total rewards.
