Director of AI Engineering - Berlin (x/m/f)
We are looking for a Director of Engineering to join the AI Practice Efficiency team.
Your mission will be to define and deliver how AI transforms the daily work of healthcare professionals — across intelligent scheduling, automated document processing, smart task management, and AI-assisted patient communication. You will lead teams building AI-powered features across two horizons: augmenting existing practice workflows with intelligent capabilities, and pioneering net-new AI-native products that unlock entirely new value for practitioners and their patients. Working in the tech team at Doctolib means building innovative products and features that improve the daily lives of care teams and patients across Europe.

Lead and scale 1 engineering team owning the AI Practice Efficiency scope: manage teams delivering AI features across practice workflows — intelligent scheduling, automated document processing, smart task management, and AI-assisted patient communication.
