The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on UGC Growth Lead to turn Doji’s organic UGC program into a dependable user acquisition channel.

You’ll build, manage, and scale Doji’s entire UGC program, while working closely with the founders on growth and content strategy.

Your first 90 days will focus on streamlining the entire recruiting, onboarding, and posting process to establish UGC as a reliable user acquisition system. From there, the role may expand to drive scalable and efficient user acquisition across channels, using organic winners to inform paid growth and potentially broader acquisition channels.
